Border Management Agency Act, 1999 (No. 50 of 1999).

An Act to establish a Border Management Agency for the administration of Belize's border points with other countries and to provide for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto. A Border Management Agency is established under section 3. The Agency shall be a body corporate to be managed by a Board of Directors. Its principal functions shall be:(a) to administer, control and manage prescribed border points and any other property vested in it under this Act; (b) to provide and maintain s
