The Authority shall, in general, supervise and coordinate all development activities in each of the border provinces. It shall, among other things, be instrumental in the implementation of capital works, infrastructure and socio-economic programs in respect the transformation of border provinces into agro financial sector by developing their respective natural resources and water and sewerage works. All public authorities and public servants shall assist and cooperate with the Authority in the performance of its functions and powers under this Act. Full text English
