Abstract

This Chapter of the Idaho Statutes concerns the river improvements on Boise River. It creates a commission overseeing the improvements, and adopts rules for the Commission’s members, compensation; termination of commission upon completion of improvements; duties of the commissioner [director] of reclamation [the department of water resources]; letting work by contract to bidders and bond; and the cost of engineering work a charge against funds.
