Abstract This Board Resolution approves the inclusion in the list of substances permitted for being used in the composition of chemical ferments established by CNNPA Resolution No. 38 of 21 December 1977 for food sanitary control actions, aiming at the health of the population. It regulates the use of the additive INS 343 ii Dimagnesium phosphate (dimagnesium orthophosphate) the "quantum satis" limit to obtain the sufficient technological effect.
