This Resolution enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This National Sanitary Surveillance Board Resolution approves the Basic Technical Regulation Procedures for Registration and Exemption from the Obligation to Register Imported Food Products. The procedures and forms for registration and exemption of registration of imported products will be the same as those established for national products, according to specific technical regulation. For products exempted from registration, the Import Notice Form for Products Exempt from the Registration Obligation, in accordance with Annexes I and II of this Regulation, must be submitted. Annexes specify the Completion of the Import Communication Form for Products Exempted from the Registration Obligation and the Instructions for Completing the Import Communication Form of Products Exempted from Registration Obligation.
