This Resolution enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Resolution approves the Technical Regulation of Good Practices for Food Services in order to guarantee hygienic-sanitary conditions of the prepared food. It applies to food services that perform some of the following activities: handling, preparation, storage, distribution, transportation, exhibition for sale and delivery of prepared foodstuff, such as: canteens, buffets, confectioners, industrial kitchens, institutional kitchens, food and nutrition units of health services, bakeries, restaurants and similar. This Regulation excludes Nutrition Therapy units - TNE, human milk banks and industrial establishments.
