This Resolution enters into force after six months from its publication.
Abstract

This Board Resolution provides for good practices for industrialization, distribution and commercialization of Water added with salts in order to guarantee hygienic-sanitary quality, throughout the national territory. This Resolution applies to establishments that carry out the following activities related to Water added with salts: I - industrialization; II - distribution; and III - marketing. Establishments must be properly licensed for these activities. This Resolution does not apply to mineral waters and natural waters.
