Abstract

This Order approves the List of food additives and their maximum limits. In particular, it regulates the use of INS 451i Sodium Tripolyphricate and INS 466 Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose Additives to be used as stabilizers in meat products, implementing Order SVS/MS No. 1.004 of 11 December 1998.
