Abstract Purpose of this Resolution, consisting of 16 articles, is to establish a certification scheme for organic foods and their inputs, either produced in the Emirates or imported. It includes: fresh, chilled, frozen fruit and vegetables; canned food products; fresh and canned juices; meats and fish; egg; milk, dairy, and cheese; honey. Standards and technical regulations are approved by Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology (ESMA).
