Abstract

The present Regulations are enacted under the Gas Distribution Act. Section 3 establishes that in accordance with section 24 of the afore-mentioned Gas Distribution Act, any person who acts or purports to act as a gas marketer must hold a valid licence issued by the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board. The text consists of 6 sections divided into 4 Parts as follows: Requirement for gas marketers licence (I); Application for Gas Marketers Licence (II); Customer contracts (III); Adherence to codes of conduct (IV). One Appendix is enclosed.
