The present Regulation enters into force on 1 August 2006.
Abstract

The purpose of the present Regulation is to establish an Agency, named “NB Blueberries” for the following purposes: a) through communications, liaison, research and education, to represent blueberry producers to other sectors of the blueberry industry, consumers and the public, with respect to all matters concerning the promotion of the consumption and use of blueberries; and b) to encourage the development of efficient and competitive practices within the industry.
