Abstract

The present Regulation enacts section 8 of the Plant Protection Act. The Regulation lays down comprehensive provisions relating to the control of the blueberry maggot disease. The text consists of 5 sections as follows: Interpretation (1); Quarantine area established (2); Movement of fresh blueberries into the quarantine area (3); Offence (4). One Schedule listing infested areas is enclosed.
