Abstract

This Regulation consists of 41 sections divided in 4 Parts. It establishes the Alberta Bison Commission Plan and spells out its objectives and functions. Section 7 establishes the Alberta Bison Commission which is responsible for managing the plan. The Regulation contains provisions on the functions and duties of the Alberta Bison Commission, on its operation and on the financing of the plan.
