Abstract The present Regulations are made under the Farm Financial Stability Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the guarantee of interest-free or low-interest loans to bison feeders belonging to a Bison Feeder Association. Such loans shall be used only to purchase cattle.
