The close season of lobster shall be from the 1st of May until the 30th of September of each year. Section 17 prohibits taking, catching, destroying, buying, having in possession, selling or exposing for sale, of any lobster during the close season. The Administrator in Council may by Order in the Gazette alter the dates of the close season.
