Abstract

The Governor-in-Council may by Proclamation declare any area to be a sanctuary for the birds listed in the Second Schedule and during the continuance in force of the Proclamation declaring the close season, no person shall (a) to kill or wound any such bird, or to injure or destroy the eggs or eggs nest of any such birds, within such area; (b) to take any such bird, or the eggs or nest of any such birds from such area.
