Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the establishment of a biosphere reserve and a protected area I and II, all of which shall be known under the name „Oberlausitzer Heide- und Teichlandschaft“. In particular, the Annex 1 outlines the exact areas and borders. Article 3 rules that the purpose of the Reserve shall be the conservation, care and development of an uninterrupted landscape with an unspoilt wild fauna and flora. The text consists of 20 articles and 2 Annexes.
