Entry into force notes
These Regulations enter into force on the 28th day after the date of their notification in the Gazette.
Abstract

These Regulations prescribe various forms for the purposes of the Biosecurity Act 1993. These shall include prescribed forms to: issue a warrant authorizing the inspection of any dwellinghouse, marae, or building associated with a marae; issue a warrant authorizing the entry and search of the place; issue infringement notices; and to issue witness summons.
