Abstract These Regulations prescribe various forms for the purposes of the Biosecurity Act 1993. These shall include prescribed forms to: issue a warrant authorizing the inspection of any dwellinghouse, marae, or building associated with a marae; issue a warrant authorizing the entry and search of the place; issue infringement notices; and to issue witness summons.
