Goods included in a class of goods specified in This instrument does not apply in relation to: (a) goods that are, or are intended to be, brought or imported into Christmas Island or Cocos (Keeling) Islands); or (b) goods that are, or are intended to be, brought or imported into Norfolk Island on or after 1 July 2016. Part 2 are conditionally non‑prohibited goods for the purposes of the Act. Division 1 applies to the following classes of goods: (a) live animals and animal reproductive material; (b) live plants; (c) animal material and goods containing, or made of, animal material; (d) plant products and goods containing, or made of, plants;(e) infectious agents and microorganisms; (f) fungi and goods containing, or made of, fungi.
