Abstract

These Regulations establish the Grains, Seeds and Hay Industry Declared Pest Control and Compensation Funding Scheme to address biosecurity threats relevant to the grains, seed and hay industries. The Scheme is overseen by industry via the Grains, Seeds and Hay Industry Management Funding Scheme Committee established under these Regulations.
