Abstract

The present Ordinance implements Electricity Management Law (LGBl. No. 6/1999). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the definition of "waste with a high biogenic proportion" and the "mixed-fuel with a high biogenic proportion in eco-electricity plants” . The text consists of 4 articles as follows: Biogenic materials (biomass) (1); Waste with a high proportion of biogenic (2); Mixed-fuel plants (3); Record keeping (4).
