Abstract

The present Ordinance contains provisions relating to the use of biological waste on agricultural and forestry soil. The text consists of 14 articles as follows: Sphere of application (art. 1); Definition of terms (art. 2); Requirements for sanitizing treatment treatment (art. 3); Requirements for the biologically stabilizing treatment (art. 3a); Treatment of organic waste in companies with livestock farming (3B); Requirements relating to pollutants and other parameters (art. 4); Requirements for mixed substances (art. 5); Reserve sample (art. 5a); Restrictions and Prohibitions on Deployment (art. 6); Additional requirements for use of biological waste on green surfaces as well as field forage and field vegetable cultivation areas (art. 7); Concurrence of organic waste and sewage sludge application (art. 8); Monitoring of soil (art. 9); Additional requirements for the recycling of certain organic waste (art. 9a); Exceptions for the use of certain biological waste (art. 10); Duty to provide evidence (art. 11); Exception for small surfaces (art. 12); Electronic data processing and transmission (art. 12a); Penalties (art. 13); Provisions for existing systems (art. 13a);Entry into force (art. 14). The text has 4 Appendixes.
