Entry into force notes
These Regulations enter into force on 1 November 2009.
Abstract

These Regulations exempt, from needing approval of the Director, any person who possesses or handles toxins listed in the Fifth Schedule of the Act for carrying out activities solely with the intention of analyzing any specimen from another person, animal, the environment or any other source in which a Fifth Schedule toxin may be present.
