Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Hamburg Waste Disposal Law of 21 March 2005 and the Federal Waste Avoidance, Recovery and Disposal Act of 17 September 1994 (BGBl. I p. 2705). The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the separate collection and recovery of bio-waste. In particular, the Ordinance aims to promote the recycling of bio-waste. The text consists of 5 articles as follows: Purpose (1); Sphere of application (2); Separate collection and processing of bio-waste (3); Exceptions (4); Facilities for entities other than private households (5). Two Annexes are enclosed.
