The present Ordinance implements the Salzburg Waste Management Law 1998 (LGBl. No. 35/1999). The text consists of 8 articles as follows: Definition of terms (1); Separation of biogenetic waste (2); Exceptions (3); Container for biogenetic waste (4); Use of containers for biogenetic waste (5); Number and size of container (6); Prohibited treatment of biogenetic waste (7); Entry into force and repeal (8).
