Abstract This Act lays down provisions on the types, names, capacity and powers, investigation, registration, management and administration of companies; establishment of Company Law Review Advisory Committee, Belize Companies and Corporate Affairs Registry and the Operational Fund; investments of the companies; inspection of Registers and documents; and the development of Companies Regulations and Guidelines.
