Abstract These Regulations are made by the Minister of Agriculture, Food Security and Enterprise in exercise of the powers conferred by section 86 of the Belize Agricultural Health Authority Act (Chapter 211). They authorize the International Regional Organization for Health in Agriculture (OIRSA) to fumigate every aircraft, vehicle, ship or commodity listed in Regulation 9, upon entry into Belize. It provides for inspection of luggage of passengers, screening and tagging of the same upon detection of agricultural or food commodities.
