Abstract

This Ordinance makes provision for the control of pests and diseases affecting bees. The Governor in Council may make Regulations to prevent pests and diseases affecting bees being introduced into or spreading within St. Helena. An authorized person may examine any bees and may take samples of them to see if they are free from infection. Infected bees may be destroyed.
