The present Regulation comes into force on 1 April 2006.
Abstract

Section 2 of the above-mentioned Regulation establishes that every producer with 100 or more colonies in Alberta must pay to the Commission a certain service charge. The text – consisting of 11 sections – deals with the following issues: variation of service charge, collection of service charge, refund of service charge, information, use of funds, interest, legal action, expiry and coming into force.
