Abstract

Section 1 of the above-mentioned Regulations establishes that except as modified by this Regulation the grading of beef carcasses by numbered British Columbia grades shall be done by applying the standards for the corresponding numbered Canada grades, imposed by the Canada Agricultural Products Act and the regulations under it. The text consists of 7 sections as follows: Interpretation (1); Grading of beef carcasses (2); Weighing and paying for carcasses of beef sold on the basis of grade (3); Duties of weight supervisor (4); Supervised sale weight (5); Duties of operator of establishment (6); Offence (7). One Schedule is enclosed.
