Abstract

The present Order is enacted under the Farm Products Agencies Act. Section 4 establishes that every person who sells beef cattle in interprovincial trade shall pay to the Canadian Beef Cattle Research, Market Development and Promotion Agency for each head of beef cattle sold, a levy as listed therein. The Agency shall help beef producers expand their markets and increase sales. The text consists of 11 sections.
