Abstract: The present Ordinance provides for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) of 22 October 2007. The text consists of 5 articles as follows: Legal grades and categories of cattle carcasses (1); Classification in grade (2); Labelling (3); Penalties (4); Omissis (5). One Annex is enclosed.
