Under sections 14 and 15 of the afore-mentioned Act all regulated activities are subject to common administrative actions regarding issuing licences or registrations, as well as common procedures for those seeking to have an administrative action reconsidered. Under section 3 the chief veterinarian issues registrations and licences, and takes administrative actions with regard to licences and registrations (e.g. suspension, cancellation). Inspectors may issue orders under the afore-mentined Actrequiring individuals to take certain measures toprevent the spread of disease or to bring an individual into compliance with the Act, regulationsor the terms and conditions of the person’s licence. Those affected by an order may request that the order be reconsidered or reviewed.
