The Minister may declare the Province, or a part thereof, to be a bee quarantine district. Accordingly no person shall move bees or beekeeping equipment into or through the bee quarantine district except under the authority and in accordance with the terms of a permit issued by the Minister. An inspector shall make such inspections of apiaries throughout the Province as the inspector considers necessary to discover and suppress bee diseases or pests.
