Abstract

This Act applies to infectious diseases affecting bees that potentially harm bee farming and that are prescribed by Government Order (sect. 1). Such diseases, when occurring, shall be reported to the authority to be indicated by the Government in accordance with section 2. This authority shall take measures outlined in section 3, including destruction of bee stock and restrictions on trade in live animals, honey, etc. Remaining provisions concern inspection, compensation of damages, appeal against decisions and offences.
