The present Regulations enter into force on1 May 1988.
Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Wildlife Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to the hunting of bears. The text – consisting of 15 sections – deals with the following aspects: type of licence/fees, qualification, bear hunting open season, bear snaring open season, bag limit for bear, transporting bear, tagging bear and snaring bear with partner.
