Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Forest Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to the sale of timber. For the purposes of the Act, three categories of BC timber sales enterprises are established as listed in section 2. The text consists of 22 sections divided into 4 Parts as follows: Registration as BC timber enterprise (1); Advertising and deposits (2); Disposition of deposits (3); Extensions (4).
