The Corporation shall be charged with the responsibility of efficiently investing and managing assets that may be vested in it by the Bayelsa State Government. Assets shall be vested in the Corporation under the hand of the Governor, either absolutely or subject to such conditions as the Governor may impose, for the realization of the objectives of the Corporation.
