Entry into force notes
The present Law enters into force on 1 January 2007.
Abstract

The purpose of the present Law is to establish a legal framework to allow a free public access to environmental information incumbent on certain entities due to provide them. Furthermore, such entities shall also provide to disseminate such information. The text consists of 14 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Access to information on application (II); Dissemination of environmental information (III); Final provisions(IV).
