Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Directive 2000/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a framework for Community action in the field of water policy of 23 October 2000 and the Directive 2006/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the management of bathing water quality and repealing Directive 76/160/EEC of 5 February 2006. The text consists of 14 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows : General provisions (1) ;Quality and management of bathing waters (2) ; Exchange of data (3) ;Transitional and final provisions (4).
