Abstract

The present Ordinance implements various articles of the Bathing Water Hygiene Act BGBl. Nr. 254/1976). In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to hygiene in public bathing waters. The text consists of 107 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Pools in general (II); Whirl-pools (III); Sauna and steam baths (IV); Bathing facilities on surface waters (V); Small ponds (VI); General hygiene requirements (VII); Transitional and final provisions (VIII). Ten Annexes are enclosed.
