Part 1 Preliminary, Part 2 ratifies the Agreement. Part 3 provides for the use of reserve under the Land Administration Act 1997, this include the following activities and requirments: leasing parts of reserve, licences affecting reserve, easements affecting reserve, limits to the amount of hectares of cleared land, among others.
