Abstract

The purpose of this Act is to make new provision for the joint South Australian and Victorian Australian Barley Board and for the marketing of barley. The Act consists of 87 sections and is divided into the following parts: Preliminary; Marketing of barley; General; Transitional provisions and Transfer of property. The Act is completed by one schedule that lists grains covered by the provisions of the Act.
