Abstract

These Regulations require bakehouses (i.e. any place in which bread, biscuits or confectionery is baked for profit) to be registered and concern cleanliness of premises used as bakehouses. No premises shall be used as a bakehouse unless duly registered in accordance with the provisions of the Public Health Ordinance.
