Abstract

The purpose of this Act is to promote recycling waste to conserve natural resources and ensure environmentally compatible disposal of waste. The text consists of 28 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Waste disposal carried out by public competent authorities (II); Disposal of hazardous waste (III); Waste management plans, waste management concepts and waste balance sheet (IV); Waste disposal plants (V); Monitoring, data processing (VI); Competent authorities , penalties (VII).
