Abstract

The present Law lays down provisions relating to hunting in Baden-Württemberg. The text consists of 43 articles divided into 10 Parts as follows: Hunting rights (I); Hunting districts (II); Participation of third parties in the exercise of hunting rights (III); Hunting permits (IV); Special rights and duties in the practice of hunting (V); Protection of hunting (VI); Damage caused by wild animals (VII); Creation of and proceedings by the hunting administration (VIII); Penalties (IX); Final provisions (X).
