The present Regulations enter into force on 1 July 1994.
Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Pest Control Act. Section 3 establishes that bacterial ring rot is declared to be a pest for the purposes of the Pest Control Act. The text – consisting of 11 sections – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: certified seeds, records to be kept, destruction of growth, inspection of land and potatoes, requirements for disposal and clean-up.
