Any baby food regulated under this directive shall be registered first by the Authority. The Directive continues providing certification content, administrative and technical documents, packaging and labelling requirements, onsite inspection conditions. Variation and re-registration are regulated under Part 3. Any person who wants to manufacture, import, export, wholesale of a baby food product under this directive must have a certificate of competence (regulated under Part 4).
