Abstract This Law is composed of 13 Sections: General provisions (sect. 1); Aviation administration (sect. 2); Aircrafts and other air equipment (sect. 3); Airports, airfields, and ground air devices (sect. 4); Aviation staff (sect. 5); Air navigation (sect. 6); Aircrafts exploitation (sect. 7); Air business (sect. 8); Aviation protection (sect. 9); Air transport (sect. 10); Legal protection of passengers (sect. 11); Criminal provisions (sect. 12); Changes in valid provisions, transitional, adaptive and final provisions (sect. 13). The Law regulates legal aspects concerning aviation. In particular, all aircrafts must meet all requirements concerning the protection of the environment against noise emissions and pollution of land, water and air. All conditions concerning environment protection have to be fulfilled also for the following matters: building new airport or airfields; procedures for landing and taking off; air navigation; and running air business.
