This Act establishes the Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research Act and provides for matters concerning the Centre. The 42 sections of this Act are divided into 8 Parts: Preliminary (I); The Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research (II); Commission for International Agricultural Research (III); The Policy Advisory Council (IV); The CEOm (V); Staff and consultants (VI); Finance (VII); Miscellaneous (VIII).
